With conventional headlights you are limited to the same basic beam pattern for both high and low beam. With Cibie European Code headlights, you get two distinctly different beams for two distinctly different kinds of driving.

Low Beam Features:
Broad, even illumination forms a "blanket" of brilliant white light. Flat horizontal beam cut off eliminates stray light, prevents blind glare. The asymetrical beam with 15 degrees left hand rise in the cut off reaches out even further to pick up cyclists, pedestrians, signs etc.

High Beam Features:
Long range penetration beam creates "environmental daylight" effect. Gives you plenty of time to react to changing road conditions. Eliminates dangerous "overdriving".
